VETme newsletter goes out to the whole veterinary database contacts every month and serves as an update resource for the industry professionals. Besides the updates on the event, the newsletter brings the best of veterinary industry news from around the world.
 
Dedicated E-mail Campaigns
Email campaigns targeting visitor profile of the event are sent to promote pre-registration for the event. The frequency of these campaigns increases as the event draws closer.
 
Fax Campaigns
Fax shots in Arabic and English are targeted at regional and international professionals from the agribusiness industry.

Updated regularly, the VETme website serves as the central repository for all the news related to the event. Online pre-registration and travel & accommodation enquiry service are some of the features present on the website to aid visitors.

Radio advertising has become an integral part of the visitor promotion campaign for VETme Middle East. English and Arabic radio stations with right reach and audience demographics are selected to broadcast the message about the event.
 
SMS Alerts & Tele Reminders
As an initiative to incorporate new media and keeping in mind the tele-density of Gulf countries, SMS alerts are sent to a wide range of audience in the UAE. Similarly, a dedicated tele-marketing team calls potential visitors to invite them to the event.
